| SPSA policy in regards to bookings is as follows. |

 7 Days Notice is required for cancellations and alterations. If 7 days notice is not given full booking fees will apply. |
| When a court is booked for a set time, irrespective of how early your group leaves, you will be charged for the set booking time. |

As I am sure you are well aware, a business cannot afford to have groups not show or cancel at the last minute. This affects our capacity to provide opportunities for other groups and our viability.
